2023 Summer Festival

Thank you for your interest in our 2023 Summer Festival at Music Hall. We have assembled answers to some frequently asked questions so that every aspect of your opera-going experience is enjoyable right from the start. + What is the new 2023 season performance schedule?

The 2023 Summer Festival consists of three operas in Springer Auditorium (main stage) at Music Hall: Lucia di Lammermoor (June 22 & 24 at 7:30 p.m.); The Barber of Seville (July 6 & 8 at 7:30 p.m.); Madame Butterfly (July 22, 27 & 29 at 7:30 p.m.), and one opera in the intimate Wilks Studio at Music Hall: The Knock (June 23 & 27, July 5 & 7 at 7:30 p.m.; July 2 at 3:00 p.m.).

+ I am a 2023 season subscriber. What if I have a conflict once my series dates are announced?

If you have a date conflict, no worries. We're happy to adjust your dates as needed. Simply reach out to the Box Office at 513-241-2742, Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m., or email tickets@cincinnatiopera.org. Subscribers are our highest priority, and we're committed to a solution that works for you.

+ If I purchase garage parking or valet parking with my subscription, will it automatically be valid on my performance dates when assigned?

Yes. If you pre-paid for parking in the Washington Park Garage or valet service, we will automatically apply your parking or valet reservation to your assigned performance dates. We'll be happy to exchange them upon request should you have any date conflicts.

+ When do tickets go on sale?

Subscribers may request additional tickets with their season ticket purchase, or purchase additional tickets during Subscriber Courtesy Days beginning Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Tickets to individual opera performances go on sale on to the general public April 10, 2023. Visit our 2023 Summer Festival page to explore this season's lineup. + Is the 2023 performance schedule affected by COVID-19?

We’re looking forward to presenting our full, four-opera season featuring world-class singers and vibrant productions with full capacity seating.
