This lively new event series approaches opera from unexpected angles, inviting audiences to explore its stories and ideas in imaginative and surprising ways.

The company elected officers for its board of trustees for the 2025–2026 fiscal year and welcomes eight trustees and seven Cincinnati Opera Board Associates.

Highlights of the season include the world premiere of Lalovavi, Strauss’s scandalous masterpiece Salome, Bizet’s beloved Carmen, Ricky Ian Gordon’s hauntingly beautiful Orpheus and Euridice, and the return of Studio Sessions.
