Figaro and Susanna want nothing more than to get married in peace—but their employer Count Almaviva has other plans, and everyone in the household has a secret, a scheme, or a score to settle. A page boy hides in a closet. A letter gets slipped mid-dance. A pin becomes a signal. By nightfall, half the cast is dressed as someone else, and nobody in the garden is quite who they seem.
Mozart's sharpest, funniest score fuels a day of mistaken identities, near-misses, and one very happy (and hilarious) ending.

Meet the Composer
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Mozart is considered one of the greatest composers of all time, and his operas are among his greatest works. His golden decade in Vienna (1781–91) was marked by his three-opera collaboration with the librettist Lorenzo Da Ponte: The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, and Così fan tutte.
