Ticketing Fees:
Phone Order Fee ($5 per ticket): When applied, this fee helps cover the cost of providing live phone support, including trained staff assistance with ticket selection, secure payment processing, and personalized service for patrons who prefer ordering by phone.
Web Order Fee ($4 per ticket): When applied, this fee supports the cost of secure online ticketing, payment processing, and digital infrastructure that ensures a reliable and safe purchasing experience.
Will Call Pickup ($10 per order): Optional service for patrons who prefer to pick up tickets at the venue instead of digital delivery.
Mail Delivery ($10 per order): Optional service for patrons who choose physical ticket delivery via USPS.
Refunds & Cancellations
All single-ticket sales are final with the exception of those protected with ticket insurance at the time of purchase (see below). No refunds will be issued for missed performances.
