Relive the magic of the Zoo Opera days.

For one night each summer, Cincinnati Opera returns to its first home, the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden, where performances were held from 1920 to 1971. Join hosts Evans Mirageas, The Harry T. Wilks Artistic Director of Cincinnati Opera, and Thane Maynard, Director of the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, in celebrating the Zoo Opera days with a special free concert featuring a colorful cast of singers and zoo animals.

Originally cancelled due to inclement weather, the concert has been rescheduled for Monday, September 17, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. (Please note the start time has changed to accommodate an earlier sunset.) Those who held tickets to the original event have been mailed new tickets for the rescheduled concert. No additional tickets will be issued at this time.
