Save Time and Renew online!

Here’s how:

  1. Visit my.cincinnatiopera.org and click on “Renew My Subscription.”

  2. If you’ve previously made a purchase on our website and you know your login information, please click on “Log In” and enter your email address and password. Follow the instructions to access your subscription information.

  3. If you’ve previously made a purchase on our site but don’t remember your login information, go to “Retrieve Your Account” and follow the instructions to reset your password. From there, enter your login info to access your subscription information.

  4. If you have never made a purchase on our site, go to “Lookup Your Account.” There, you’ll enter the following information, which is located on the front of your subscription renewal invoice:

    • Your account number
    • Your phone number (day or night phone; no dashes or spaces)
    • Your 5-digit zip code

    Once entered, click “Find My Login” and follow the instructions. Please note that if you are missing any of the starred (*) info above, you will not be able to access your account online. Call us for assistance at (513) 241-2742.

Additional details:
Online renewal is available for tickets only. To add parking, a donation, or Blind Injustice, please call us or mail us your completed renewal invoice form.
