Opera is Accessible
Assistive listening devices and audio description are available at the Music Hall coat room. Accessible seating is available by calling (513) 241-2742. A passenger elevator is located in the North Lobby.

Urgent Messages
To reach a patron during a performance, call (513) 744-3270 (coat room) or (513) 744-3240 (security desk) and leave a message. The patron will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Important advice: Please leave your section, row, and seat number(s) with anyone who may need to contact you.

Taxi Service
Taxi service may be reserved by placing a request before the show or during intermission with the concierge in the Music Hall coat room.

Late Seating
Performances begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. (3 p.m. for Sunday matinees). Latecomers must wait to be seated until the appropriate interval.

Opera Insights Pre-Performance Lectures
Overviews and insights into the evening’s opera are presented by The Harry T. Wilks Artistic Director Evans Mirageas. Opera Insights take place at 6:30 p.m. (2 p.m. for Sunday matinees).

Preferred Hotel
Cincinnati Opera recommends the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza Hotel. Cincinnati Opera patrons are eligible to receive a special rate of $109 plus tax on performance nights and $129 on any other night in June and July 2013, based on availability.
